We are a restaurant specializing in typical Colombian cuisine with a history of 41 years, representing the culinary traditions of our regions. We have four locations in the city of Medellín: Hatoviejo Avenida las Palmas, Centro, Oviedo, and Viva Envigado.

Here, you can find a wide variety of native dishes from each region of the national territory, as well as our local Paisa region.

It all started with a conversation between two friends. At one point in the conversation, the topic of mondongo came up, one of the most traditional dishes in the Antioquia region.
